Rinsaro currently delivers only to addresses in the United Kingdom.

Shipping method and cost

Orders are fulfilled through TeemDrop using YUN-EconoLink Standard. Standard shipping is included in the displayed product price and is charged at £0 at checkout.

Estimated delivery

The estimated total delivery time is 7 to 13 days after the order is placed. This estimate includes order processing and shipping transit. It is not a guaranteed delivery date, and delays can occasionally occur.

Unless a different period is expressly agreed with you, goods will be delivered without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is entered into.

Tracking and delivery questions

Tracking information will be sent when it becomes available. If an order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, email support@rinsaro.com and include your order number.

Taxes and import charges

The total charged by Rinsaro is shown at checkout. Rinsaro does not claim that UK VAT or import charges have been collected unless they are expressly itemised at checkout or on the order confirmation.
