Products and prices

Rinsaro aims to describe goods accurately. Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP). The total amount charged by Rinsaro, including any tax collected by Rinsaro and any delivery charge, will be displayed before the order is placed. Product availability may change.

Order and contract

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when Rinsaro accepts the order and sends an order confirmation. Please check the confirmation and contact support promptly if any information is incorrect.

Payment

Payment is processed through the payment methods displayed at checkout. Goods will not be dispatched until payment is authorised.

Delivery

Rinsaro currently delivers only to UK addresses. Standard delivery is free and the estimated total delivery time is 7 to 13 days. Full arrangements are set out in the Shipping Policy.

Cancellation, returns and refunds

You may cancel eligible goods orders within 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. The procedure, model cancellation form, return costs and refund timing are set out in the Returns Policy. Your statutory rights for faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods are unaffected.

Product care

Use Rinsaro only with footwear suitable for machine washing and follow the footwear and washing-machine manufacturers’ care instructions.
