Right to cancel

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. For goods, the cancellation period ends 14 days after the day on which you, or a person you nominate other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods. If goods from one order arrive separately, the period begins when the last item is received.

To exercise this right, send a clear statement of your decision to cancel to Rinsaro, operated by Serigne Babacar Wade, 40 Allée de la Brie, 31770 Colomiers, France, or email support@rinsaro.com. You may use the model cancellation form below, but it is not obligatory. It is sufficient to send your cancellation notice before the cancellation period expires.

Returning goods

After notifying Rinsaro, you must send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day you communicate your cancellation. Contact support@rinsaro.com before posting the goods so the correct return instructions and return address can be provided.

For a change-of-mind cancellation, you bear the direct cost of returning goods. You are responsible only for any diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Refunds

If you cancel, Rinsaro will reimburse payments received from you, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery offered. As standard shipping is currently free, there is no separate outbound shipping charge to refund. The refund will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction unless otherwise agreed, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after Rinsaro is informed of the cancellation. Rinsaro may withhold reimbursement until the goods are received or you provide evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods

Your statutory rights are unaffected. If goods are faulty, damaged on arrival, incorrect or not as described, contact support@rinsaro.com for appropriate return, replacement or refund support.
